Linx
Collection Overview

The Tuxton Linx Collection is a TuxTrendz porcelain white system built around tray-based service. Two rectangular tray styles — with integrated wells — allow kitchen staff to carry and deliver food without disturbing the presentation. A broad mix of bowls, casseroles, skillets, and cups all work within the system, giving operators maximum flexibility for creative plating and coursed service.

Target Segment
  • Contemporary and chef-driven restaurants — where presentation is part of the dining experience and kitchen-to-table delivery matters
  • Small plates and tapas concepts — the tray system is purpose-built for multi-item sharing service
  • Fine dining and tasting menus — the slant bowls, casseroles, and tureen add drama and variety to coursed presentations
  • Hotels and banquet operations — tray-based delivery reduces spills and improves consistency at volume
  • Casual upscale / gastropubs — the matte black skillet and casserole options fit a hearty, rustic-modern aesthetic
Sales Tactics & Tips
  • Sell the tray system first — the well tray is the anchor piece. Once an operator buys into the system concept, every other Linx item becomes an add-on.
  • Show the versatility — Linx isn't a single-use product. Sketch out how the same tray works for appetizers, coursed soup, and dessert.
  • The matte black skillet is a conversation starter — it sells itself visually. Bring one to the presentation.
  • Lion Head Tureen upsell — for fine dining and special event operators, the GLP-301 tureen turns soup service into theater. Easy add-on once plates are sold.
  • Highlight the Slant Bowl — GLP-403/404 are popular for composed salads and cold starters; a modern shape that most operators haven't seen.
Unique Selling Points
  • Tray-based delivery system — the well in both tray styles secures bowls and dishes during carry, reducing accidents and spills on the way from kitchen to table; a practical operational win
  • Link any menu concept — the system name says it all: Linx lets operators build a cohesive coursed experience mixing trays, bowls, and vessels in endless combinations
  • Matte black skillet — GLD-650 is a strong standalone piece for tableside sizzle presentations, appetizer service, or individual desserts, without committing to a full cast iron program
  • Lion Head Soup Tureen — a conversation piece that elevates soup service beyond a standard bowl; great for prix fixe and tasting menus
  • Cappuccino Cup — the oversized GLP-180 14oz Cappuccino Cup doubles as a presentation vessel for soups, starters, and cold presentations
